A Supplement For Anxiety and More

This supplement can do many things for you and the way your body functions. It can improve your brain health and function, improve your mood, help with anxiety, and more. This supplement is underrated and not very many people know about it. L-tyrosine is a great supplement to take for anxiety and much more. Especially in this modern age where we all seem to be hustling and bustling.

What Is L-Tyrosine?

L-tyrosine sometimes called just tyrosine, is an amino acid that helps with attention. When you are under a lot of stress or feeling a lot of pressure during your days, tyrosine can help you power through. It is an amino acid that the neurotransmitters in your brain need.

Tyrosine helps your neurotransmitters to increase dopamine in your brain. When your body is producing the correct dopamine to your brain your mood improves and your motivation is increased.

Tyrosine helps your neurotransmitters to increase adrenaline. When your body is producing the correct amount of adrenaline your attention and focus can be increased.

When your neurotransmitters produce enough tyrosine, you're feeling good, motivated, focused, and attentive.

When your neurotransmitters are not producing enough dopamine, you're low on tyrosine and that is when the mental wall hits.

Get your Tyrosine from Dr. Amen's brain line. He has carefully created his supplement brand with clean ingredients and ones that are specifically for your brain health. Take 10% off your order with the code Lucky10.

How Does It Work?

When you're stressed out, your neurotransmitters start firing. I mean they really rev up. What happens if you are stressed for long periods of time, which happens to many of us, are your neurotransmitters start to run low. This means it is not able to produce dopamine or adrenaline properly. That is why we get the run-down feeling. Not enough brain chemicals getting into our brain which needs to run correctly.

When you have enough tyrosine in your system, this keeps your neurotransmitters from being completely depleted. When you have enough of it, you are able to stay focused for longer without getting burnt out so quickly.

Benefits of L-tyrosine

  1. Relieves stress

  2. Helps you focus

  3. Improves mood

All three of these things are because tyrosine helps your neurotransmitters produce the brain chemicals it needs to function, dopamine and adrenaline.

Taking this supplement alone can help relieve your stress from your day-to-day tasks.

How to Take It

You can get this supplement, l-tyrosine, from foods that you eat. You can get it in the form of chicken, turkey, fish, and cheese. However, if you want the cognitive benefits take a supplement.

Why?

Tyrosine in foods goes directly to your muscles. It is an amino acid so it's a building block for protein. When bodybuilders drink a protein shake after a workout. They want to build muscles. The protein in the shake goes directly to their muscles.

When you take it in the form of a supplement, it goes directly to your neurotransmitters. Getting supplements from foods can be different than getting them from supplements. Tyrosine is one of those.

So, it depends on what your goals are. If you want to build more muscle you can get your tyrosine from the food you eat. If your goal is mental clarity AND improving your muscles, take the supplement. You'll be getting both benefits that way.

Get your Tyrosine from Dr. Amen's brain line. He has carefully created his supplement brand with clean ingredients and ones that are specifically for your brain health. Take 10% off your order with the code Lucky10.

When To Take it?

I take my tyrosine supplement in the early afternoon. This is a supplement you can take whenever. I take mine at that time of day because after doing some biohacking, that's when I feel I need it the most. My mental clarity starts to get a little cloudy especially when I've been working all morning. This seems to give me the boost I need to keep going.

A good time to take it is when you feel yourself getting stressed and need something to bring your attention back to where it needs to be.

Everybody is different. This is a supplement you may have to play around with to see when it benefits you the most.

Ask yourself:

  1. When does my mental fatigue start during the day?

  2. Am I feeling more overwhelmed than usual?

  3. Am I getting grumpy with my co-workers in the afternoon?

  4. Will this be a stressful day today?

Then, take your supplement near that time so that it goes into your neurotransmitters and pumps them up!
